Mark is a graduate of the University of Nebraska where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy degree. He joined Arledge in 2022 and has over thirty-five years of experience, including stints with a Big 4 firm, a Fortune 100 company, and a small public accounting firm. Mark has experience in a wide variety of tax matters including tax planning, troubled company matters, complex transactions, tax examinations and appeals.
Mark's extensive experience can help you navigate the swirling waters of federal, state and local tax matters. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, where he is a board member and chair of the Tax Committee and founded the McGirt tax working group. Mark proudly serves the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium and the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City, where he was elected to serve as the next Assistant Treasurer.
